  • The prices of our products include all applicable taxes and shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay.
  • Standard delivery time for Europe is 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. 
  • The Company shall not be held responsible or legally liable for delays due to customs services over which it has no control.

6. Buyer's right of withdrawal: 

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from reception of the product.
  • To exercise this right, the buyer must notify BERTIELLO of his decision via email.

7. Defective product or shipping error:

  • If the buyer receives a defective product or a shipping error occurs, the buyer can return it to BERTIELLO. Process described in "return policy".
  • BERTIELLO will bear the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement of the product, at the buyer's option.

  • BERTIELLO will archive the invoice, and the buyer will be able to access it upon request to info@bertiello.com

9. Correction of errors in data entry:

  • The buyer can correct any errors in data entry by contacting our customer service through info@bertiello.com

10. Specific clauses:

  • Judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms that can be used in the event of a claim are governed by Spanish law.
