Return policy
The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal without the need to provide specific justification within a period of 14 calendar days from reception of the product.
Once this period has elapsed, the customer will no longer have the right of withdrawal.
Product return: 4 steps

The consumer must notify their intention to return the product within 14 days after reception and return it in the same conditions in which they received it.

Print the label that BERTIELLO will provide you and take the product to the nearest mail center.

Product status verification. Depending on its condition, BERTIELLO will proceed with the refund.
Refund:
BERTIELLO will refund the customer the total amount received. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of reception of the product.
